During 2008 we were commissioned by Anglian Water to assess the monetary benefit of service aspects, thereby allowing the company to develop a business plan based on cost benefit analysis.

The engagement involved undertaking a customer willingness to pay survey to assess the value of water services.  This gave a large number of valuations for investment planning purposes.  We then used government and academic research to complete the suite of valuations.  

Our consultants have also undertaken willingness to pay studies at leading utilities in the UK such as Thames Water, Anglian Water, Veolia Water and Northern Ireland Water, and more recently ScottishPower.
