Government Review of Water Charging and Tariffs 

In 2009 we were commissioned by the Independent Walker Review into Charging and Metering for Water and Sewerage services.  We used our databases and modelling tools to examine in detail the quantitative effects of the current and of possible future alternative tariff arrangements on household water bills.

The project focused in particular on those household groups for whom current water and sewerage bills may be least affordable and on those household groups for whom water and sewerage bills could become more or less affordable under alternative charging methods.
