We have been working with Virgin Media to develop the approach to compiling and assessing business cases for changes to their network.   

 

This engagement has involved working with the senior network architecture team to determine the nature and level of analysis required in developing business cases, as well as developing templates for the presentation of information at the various investment gates, and ultimately to the Board.

 

We have also worked with training the junior members of the team on all aspects of business case development.
