Every five years Ofwat set the price, service and incentive package for monopoly water companies. The consultations on their draft determinations of the formal price controls for the three fast track water companies, Severn Trent Water, South West Water and United Utilities, which will apply over the 2020 to 2025 period, are open to public consultation.
