Ofwat have published a consultation is about their proposal to vary the licence of South West Water Services Limited (SWW) so that it becomes the appointed water and wastewater company for the Isles of Scilly (IoS).
Ofwat welcome responses to this consultation by email to IslesofScilly@ofwat.gov.uk by 9 April 2019. They welcome comments on their proposal, the contents of our consultation document or matters that are missing from the consultation which may be relevant to their decision.
The regulator asks contributors to identify whether they are a current or potential future customer of SWW, whether they are a resident or visitor to the IoS, or more generally set out their role as an interested party.
